I have been an Internet user since 1988, and a UNIX user since 1990. I have a great deal of experience in training and supporting users. Areas of special expertise include Microsoft Excel and Macintosh System 7. I have also taught several courses in Microsoft Word, MacDraw, Macintosh Basics, HyperCard, and Macintosh Networking. I also have experience with IBM PCs/compatibles.
